ZTT Hydrogen, which is a part of ZTT Group from China, has gone on to secure its very first overseas hydrogen infrastructure project, hence marking a major landmark when it comes to the push by the company towards expanding its hydrogen technology across the world. The First Overseas Hydrogen Infrastructure Project is going to be rolled out in a European hydrogen demonstration zone and is going to offer refueling services as far as the local new-energy bus pilot line is concerned that is designed in order to test the hydrogen-powered public transport.

It is worth noting that as per the contract, ZTT is going to supply a completely integrated skid-mounted hydrogen refueling system that would cover design, system integration, and supply as well as commissioning along with technical support. Apparently, the compact unit mixes compressors, buffer tanks, sequential control panels, and hydrogen storage systems as well as dispensers in a single skid structure. As per the company, the equipment goes on to be in sync with the ATEX requirements and also holds a CE certification in addition to following the SAE J2601 hydrogen fueling protocol, which is used in the case of fuel-cell vehicles.

Technically, the system is in a way designed around low inlet pressure and also a high compression ratio configuration, thereby enabling it to connect directly to the present facilities of renewable hydrogen production. The skid has in it a dual-zone explosion-proof design that is compliant with the IECEx benchmark and is also factory-prefabricated in order to enable fast on-site installation in addition to simplified operations as well as maintenance. This kind of approach is intended to decrease the intricacies of the project and also shorten the rollout timelines when it comes to the overseas hydrogen refueling infrastructure.
